Laser Cataract Surgery
The LenSx® femtosecond laser allows fast, precise surgery. The laser is able to make corneal incisions, correct astigmatism, open the lens capsule and prechop the cataract into tiny pieces for easy removal. This can be done in 35 seconds. Dr. Kinslow is proud to offer laser catarct surgery to her patients in South Arkansas.
Dropless Cataract Surgery
Dropless Cataract Surgery is very popular with Dr. Kinslow's patients and their referring optometric physicians. Dr. Kinslow will place a combination steroid and antibiotic mix into the eye at the end of the cataract surgery. No post op drops are required and this is done at no expense to Dr. Kinslow's patients.
Premium Lens Implants
Dr. Kinslow offers an array of premium lens implants for correction of astigmatism in the eye and also for correction of presbyopia. Additionally, she now offers a lens that corrects both astigmatism and presbyopia simultaneously. Monovision (one eye for distance vision and one for near vision) is also available.

YAG Laser
Dr. Kinslow performs YAG laser treatments for secondary cataracts (a haziness on the capsule behind the lens implant). This can develop after cataract surgery. The laser treatment is quick and painless and is usually only done once on each eye when needed.
Diabetic Eye Care
Diabetes can affect many parts of the body including the retina of the eye. It is important to have regular dilated eye exams to monitor for the development of diabetic retinopathy. Our doctors will use special photos and OCT scans to watch for leakage in the eye from diabetes. Medication and laser treatments are available to treat this condition.
Dry Eye Clinic
Dry eye syndrome is associated with stinging or burning, sandy or gritty sensation, episodes of blurred vision and redness, and sometimes excessive tearing. We specialize in the evaluation and treatment of dry eyes for long-term confront and relief of symptoms.
Glaucoma and Retina Specialty Clinic
Dr. Kinslow evaluates patients in the Specialty Clinic in order to optimize their care. The Iridex Laser and CycloG6 Laser are used for quick, gentle treatments.
